 Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Account Registration: Accurate details must be provided during registration. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.

Service Use: Users agree to use virtual numbers lawfully and not for fraudulent or illegal purposes. Misuse may result in account suspension and legal action.

Modifications: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Nigerian law, with disputes handled in Nigerian courts.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

• The virtual number fails to receive any SMS.


• No manual refund request is needed; unused numbers are auto-credited.


• Refunds are processed within 72 hours and are only returned to the wallet, not to the user's bank account.

Payment Policy

Payments on Superb SMS are handled through our secure payment gateway, XixaPay. All services must be paid for in advance by funding your site wallet.

• Funds in your wallet do not expire.


• We do not offer direct bank refunds. All refunds are credited back to the user's Superb SMS wallet.


• Users pay a markup over the API cost, which is non-refundable once a virtual number has been used.

Delivery Policy

Virtual numbers are delivered within seconds of purchase.

• If a number fails to receive an SMS and is unused, the system will automatically credit your wallet.


• If the number has already received an SMS, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods:

• Virtual numbers that have already received an SMS are not returnable.


• Numbers that are unused and fail to receive SMS are automatically marked and credited back.
